Told me they would not charge me for a re-inspection and then did. They passed my vehicle with a speedometer that does not work. I specifically asked them to check it. He told me it worked. Then said “well, it moved”. A car should not pass inspection with a non working speedometer. They first told me the $38 was to check the speedometer, (which I questioned if they fixed it. I was told it works and that the charge was for checking it.). Then said it was for the 2nd inspection. So they either charged me for the re-inspection and passed it with a non working speedometer, or they charged me for work they didn’t do. They said it was for the second inspection, so I suppose the inspection was not done properly. It was not only the inspection and the extra charge that was totally unprofessional, but it was also the way I was spoken to. Very bad customer service experience.
