Most experiences I've had with Carmichaels Service Center have been great. When we had car issues (engine stopped running), they immediately found the problem and didn't mind taking me back into the shop to show me exactly what was going on with the car (bad spark plugs). Also, recently we found a better deal on tires elsewhere and they matched the price and offered a better price for the alignment. A few recent negative experiences though. The offered a $10 Subway card to write this review but even after contacting multiple times they never came through on their word. Also recently was quoted $300 labor plus part cost for an axle repair and they couldn't order the part because it wasn't carried by their usual suppliers. Took it to another shop and they fixed it for $210 including parts and labor.
