I'm about to move an hour away, I scheduled an appointment to get my water pump fixed before it gave out. On the way there my water pump gave out an my car was not able move they towed my car an made it possible to get it fixed today an got my car back the road. These people are truly a blessing. Carmichaels Service Center is by far the best service center I have ever used. Kyli and the guys in the back go above and beyond to help and have always made sure that my cars have been taken care of. They are honest, personable, and I always leave knowing that my car was serviced properly. They have always made sure that I don’t end up paying for anything that’s not needed. I left today saving from paying an additional $260 because they let me know that I didn’t need to replace an additional part on my car. I wouldn’t consider going to anyone else for service or repairs. They are by far superior in customer service and the integrity displayed every time I visit them is outstanding.

Its a great place

I just had my car there, took it there they diagnosed it and fixed it the next day. They even messaged me after I left to make sure i felt like it made a difference when driving my car. They replaced the wheel bearing and hub and did the tie rods. They were super friendly and helpful. Gave me a great price and it was all just comfortable trusting them. I would definitely take my car back there.

I took my truck in for a brake service. Kyli that works the front desk was extremely friendly, communicative, and helpful throughout the job keeping me updated. This was my first time using them for service, but I will certainly return!
